In their
own words.

Top Hat Carpet Cleaning is hands down one of the most honest and reliable companies I have worked with. The pricing is fair and transparent, no surprise charges or upselling, just honest work for a fair price. And the work truly speaks for itself.

We were convinced our upstairs carpet had reached the end of its life and would need to be replaced. Top Hat completely exceeded our expectations. The carpet looks years newer, and they even removed stains we were sure were permanent.

What impressed me most was not just how clean our carpet turned out. He took the time to explain why different stains require different treatments and how he chooses the right products for each situation.

I was cautious about finding someone to clean my vintage mohair chairs due to their age and value, but he blew me away. They turned out beautifully and looked as if they were brand new.

Knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, courteous, flexible and generous. We had to reschedule due to illness and he was ready to schedule at our convenience. Our 30 year old carpeting looks brand new.

I operate a small business with a lot of carpeting and had been postponing this project for some time. From the first contact to completing the project, Top Hat was top notch.
